What if you tested your ability to make decisions under pressure? For one morning, immerse yourself in the heart of a realistic cyber crisis management scenario, designed to replicate the conditions and decisions of a major incident.
The program (3 hours):
- Prioritizing under pressure, with incomplete information
- Coordinate technical teams, business teams and stakeholders
- Make quick decisions, while assessing the business, operational, and regulatory impacts.
Two complementary workshops:
- Operational management of incident response
- A role-playing exercise where you embody the stakeholders in the crisis, with roles reversing during the session.
