The Rocher Group Rocher Group is a global player in the cosmetics market (Yves Rocher, Daniel Jouvance, Dr. Pierre Ricaud, etc.), home care (Stanhome-Kiotis), and apparel (Petit Bateau). The group operates in 110 countries and employs over 15,000 people, generating revenue of over €2 billion in 2015. In 2014, Rocher Group commissioned Intrinsec to conduct a cybersecurity assessment of threats outside its information systems. The results being conclusive, Rocher Group decided to engage Intrinsec's ongoing service.

A technical approach to starting the service
By placing technical elements belonging to the Rocher Group (IP addresses, domains, etc.) under surveillance, Intrinsec directed this digital surveillance towards the web surface, and brought many elements to the Group's attention, such as the compromised credentials from collaborators, or even recordings of fraudulent domains. This last point has notably made it possible to quickly identify phishing problems and to take the necessary actions to protect against them.

A necessary optimization of surveillance coverage:
The Rocher Group operates in nearly 110 countries and serves 40 million customers every day. It was therefore important for the organization to extend its surveillance spectrum, in order to cover and limit as many threats as possible.
Intrinsec has therefore accelerated the development of its offering on the technical and organizational aspects by implementing the following actions:
- Implementation of a strategy for surveillance and crawling: integration of numerous networks and sites from the Deep Web and Dark Web.
- Launch of a monitoring unit dedicated to the detection and surveillance of sensitive networks for our clients.
- Integration of a international dimension within the CTI service to meet the needs of international clients: linguists dedicated to monitoring areas in Asia, Russia and Arabic-speaking countries.
