A phone or video interview to get to know you better, understand your background and motivations, and answer your initial questions. This is an opportunity to verify the alignment between your profile, your aspirations, and our culture.

An interview with the manager (and potentially a member of management) to discuss the position, the team, the culture and the medium-term prospects.

Welcome to Intrinsec! Your integration is supported step by step: dedicated team, training path, and key meetings.

2 – Skills test / Technical interview
Depending on the position, you will take a test and have an interview with a technical expert. You will also have a discussion with one or more team members to assess your skills in relation to the position, in a spirit of constructive exchange.
